WHO IS COVERED

Grand Stone Veneer Manufacturing LTD warrants its products for 25 years to the original purchaser. These warranty beings upon date of purchase found on the issued invoice. This warranty is non transferable and applicable only to the original purchaser.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover any problems with non-defective materials caused by conditions beyond our control. Products are not warranted against discoloration caused by air pollution, exposure to harmful chemicals or natural discoloration caused by exposure to the elements. Natural discoloration is caused by the damaging effects of direct sunlight that may cause any surface to oxidize or fade over time.

Grand Stone Veneer Manufacturing LTD strives to accurately reproduce the colors of its masonry stone veneer products in its marketing literature and sample boards. Grand Stone Veneer Manufacturing LTD makes no warranty with respect to any real or perceived color difference between its samples and marketing products and the actual purchased products.

AVAILABLE CUSTOMER RESOLUTIONS

If the product is not in conformance with our warranty, Grand Stone Veneer Manufacturing LTD will at our discretion, either (1) repair or replace the non conforming products at no charge to the customer, or (2) refund the paid price for the products. Labor costs for removal or installation are not covered. Any replaced product will continue to be covered under the original warranty period.

PRODUCT VARIATIONS

As a result of our continued efforts to improve our products lines, we reserve the right to discontinue or modify our products, including their colors, without notice to the purchaser; Grand Stone Veneer Manufacturing LTD will not be liable to the purchaser as a result of discontinuance or alterations. In the event a claim is made and your replacement product varies due to the natural discoloration of our product or improvement in our product lines.
We reserve the right to replace your product with a comparable product only in quality and price to your original product.
